More and more European families and schools understand the need for youngsters to speak the English language properly.

The ever increasing number of Language Courses in the U.K. shows this trend very clearly.

At the heart of any successful Language course is the British family who welcome the student into their home, help her/him get through the difficult first days, share their house and their family life with them, show them the town and the area they live in....

D.L.S. offer several types of Courses, where the host family's involvement varies considerably.

From offering the student a friendly, homely base from where they attend lessons, cultural and sporting activities, to actually teaching the student and organising all their visits, we offer a broad range of stimulating and exciting possibilities to you as a D.L.S.host family.

Wherever you live, the likelihood is that one of our Local Coordinators is not far from your home. We shall gladly put you in touch with them, so you can find out what a mutually rewarding experience hosting a foreign student can be.
